There is no specific age limit for our experiences but we recommend that younger children are accompanied by a guardian as the game may be difficult and for safety reasons.
Please understand that young children may have difficulty playing alone due to the challenging nature of the theme.
All our games are designed to be safe and engaging. In addition, during your game experience, our staff will be monitoring every room through a CCTV system to help ensure that everything is going well.

Yes. To prevent no-show and ensure opportunities for other players to experience, the reservation will be canceled automatically in the following cases.
- If you enter the wrong contact information at the time of your reservation (we will contact you by e-mail, but if you do not hear from us by the store closing time the day before, it will be automatically cancelled)
- Duplicate booking for the same player.
- If it is impossible to contact you to check the day before the reservation (we will leave a text message while you are away, but if there is no reply by the store closing time, it will be automatically cancelled).

In order to ensure the smooth operation of the escape room and use of other customers, a cancellation fee may be charged if a reservation is cancelled without a valid reason 2 hours before the start of play time.
The cancellation fee is based on a minimum charge for 2 players.
