Yes. To prevent no-show and ensure opportunities for other players to experience, the reservation will be canceled automatically in the following cases.
- If you enter the wrong contact information at the time of your reservation (we will contact you by e-mail, but if you do not hear from us by the store closing time the day before, it will be automatically canceled).
- Duplicate booking for the same player.
- If it is impossible to contact you to check the day before the reservation (we will leave a text message while you are away, but if there is no reply by the store closing time, it will be automatically canceled).
